Michelle is a Toronto-based background painter and visual development artist with experience at studios like Netflix, Hello Sunshine Official, and Nelvana. With over five years in the industry, she focuses on background painting, color design, illustration, and visual development. She loves using colour and light to tell compelling stories and set the mood for animated environments. Michelle graduated with a degree in animation from Sheridan College and continues to explore new artistic challenges.
In her free time, she loves spending time with her dog, bouldering, journaling, and indulging in her passion for novelty stationery.
